35 to 40 psi should be enough, you can go higher if you don't mind a rougher ride. If there is no sidewall damage to the tire from the sides of the track I would think you must have them tight enough the side of the track is not crawling up onto the face of the tire and getting so tight its pushing the bead off, you should hear the air woosh out and I would think you would have chunks cut out of the tire sidewall if this was occurring. Have you been check your pressures religeously, after six flats I'd have my guage out 2 or 3 time a week until I got to the bottom of it. Now is this over a period of 150 hours use and 4 weeks or much longer? Tire should be checked at least monthly for pressure as I' sure your aware, not that all mine get checked that often but when I start having troubles I tend to keep a eye on them. Have you tested your guage against another? Also, I don't rely on the tire shops to get pressure right. I know on the 30.5 by 32 skidder tires we run, they were alway under inflated, I think the high volume of the tire made the shops compressor run so long that hot air was pumped into the tire, causing a noticable pressure drop when it cooled. But they are 20 times the volume of a 12 by 16.5 I have had old tires with slow leaks through the sidewalls, and even one new chinese tire, several slow bead leaks. It really sounds to me like its a loss of pressure. Are you sure you rim offsets are the same on each side? Not squeezing a 12“ tire into a 10“ track. (again I would think there would be tire damage, if thats even possible) My expirence with Logeuring and Tracks Plus was put them on and run them, when they got so loose the wheels start to spin inside the track, tighten them up. I found that I had fewer flats and less tire wear. Hope you get to the bottom of it. Ken
