When it would not start in the past, I replaced either the boom or bucket solenoids on the control valve and that remedied the problem. After replacing these solenoids the machine ran fine for a while and then it began having intermittent problems starting. Although it doesn't start in the normal mode, it starts just when I flip the overhead toggle switch to the service/run position. Since the time I began having this intermittent start condition, I discussed the problem with my local New Holland dealer and the tech believed the starting problem was caused by the auxiliary solenoid on the control valve. This seemed logical and I was able to bypass that solenoid by jumpering the wire while I was waiting on my new solenoid to arrive. When the new solenoid arrived, the plugs were different and would not fit so I gave it back and found out the one I needed is not available anymore. The tech told me there was no risk to the machine if I just bypassed the solenoid so that's what I've been doing. Everything worked fine for a while, but the problem started coming back and obviously it's getting worse. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.</p></blockquote><p></p>
