Message: <blockquote data-quote="Robanybody" data-source="post: 137513" data-attributes="member: 24688">It sounds like your right cylinder is bypassing internally.  The finite test is to disconnect the rod end and extend the cylinder all the way with the rod end fitting plumbed to a bucket with a length of hose.  When the rod bottoms out and you still get oil from the port, the piston seal has failed. The kits are cheap.Most of the 763's I've resealed had a "Servon" type seal.  It can be any color but it will have a square cross-section . The trick is to boil som water and toss the Servon seal in after you remove the heat. Let the heat expand the seal and install while still hot. Otherwise the buggers can break while you're installing them. I hope this is helpful.Grease the piston seals before reassembly so they slide past the threads easily. Just red grease will do fine.</blockquote>
