Help with A300 hydrostatic pump control spool

This is my Bobcat A300, I have issues with the left drive controls. The machine gets stuck going one direction on the left side. I took off the hydrostatic pump controller and I notice the control spool is not centered. I can move it to the center with ny finger but then it slides back and won’t stay put.
