753G stalls under load/hard start

My 2002 753 with 2250hrs. recently developed following symptoms:
  • Engine stalls under load. ex. operating hydraulics, driving up hill (video attached)
  • Hard to start when cold (AZ cold)
  • Warm starts ramp up from low idle to normal
  • Oil appears diluted/contaminated with most likely diesel fuel
  • Blow by present at top of valve cover cap
Before noticing the oil contamination and blow by, performed the following:
  • Changed fuel filter 2x
  • Swapped out fuel lines with new
  • Temporarily removed air filter
  • Replaced fuel tank pickup tube along with screen and check valve
  • Replaced fuel lift pump
  • Replaced primer bulb
  • Replaced injectors
Based on the oil contamination and blow by thinking most likely engine rebuild. Nevertheless, wanted to check if anyone might have other suggestions before I go to that extreme.
