Does anyone know where the hand priming pump is located? My service manual mentions it, but that is all. I have a parts manual that does not show it. also the diesel/water bulb has a valve handle on it, and it doesn't mention which way is open or closed. would appreciate any help. just bought this used skid steer, it ran for about 5 min, I turned it off, the next day it ran about 1 min. and died. will not start. have charged the battery, just turns over but doesn't fire off

Sadly no, but the best way to find it is to trace the fuel line from the tank to the pump. Look for a hand primer bulb or pussibly a lever on the lift pump that should be mounted to the engine.
There is a possibility it has an electric pump, so if it has one, it may be bad if it's not priming now.
