Hi everyone! I am a designer looking for insight into how to improve current compact track loaders. This goes from everything to improving the track system to making the cab more comfortable. What I am looking for it people's opinions on what they look for in CTL's, what problems they have had in the past, and what have been their favorite features of either the current model they own/use or a previous one.
I have done quite a bit of research but nothing is better than hearing from the users. I have 8 questions that can be answered very quickly, and I would appreciate it if anyone here would give me their input. You guys would know best! Thank you in advance for your help!!
1)What brand/ model do you use?
2)What is the biggest problem you have with the model of CTL that you are using?
3)Is there anything that you would like to change about your CTL that would improve usability and increase productivity?
4)What is your and your co-workers favorite feature(s) of the compact track loader you use?
5)If you could change anything about the interior and controls what would it be?
6)What other brands/ models have you used?
7)What is biggest problem that you have with the previous CTL's?
8)If money weren't a factor, and you could make any changes you can think of,what would you like to improve/change about your CTL?
***Also if you have pictures you can post to me as well, of anything having to do with your CTL I would appreciate that as well!

cut back on the electronics , wiring , sensors and the all other high priced junk you don't need which causes break downs that in turn cost money and time in more ways than one -----------do away with the software programs that run the machine that can only be serviced by the dealer as they won't sell the software to troubleshoot problems to the owners and end users -------that will never happen , with Tier 4 it is only worst , the newer the machine the more costly problems you will occur ------- I did a book report on Henry Ford in high school and way back then he knew where the money was at , he said " I'll give everyone in the USA a car free as long as all service and parts come thru me " ------------ the equipment of today is coming to where you will have to take it back to the dealer as it is more amd more special tools and laptop work that a owner can't do , and that is what they want , sell you a bunch of high dollar parts and make some service money off you -------------
