Fuel shutoff solenoid question kubota v2203

I have a kubota v2203 engine that I am in the process of transplanting in to a new holland skid steer. The engine I took out, which was a v1902 did not have this fuel shutoff solenoid, and I am trying to figure out what kind of power this needs and when. I see that this is used in a 763 bobcat, but I can not find a wiring schematic for it available online, just the bobcat parts diagram that shows it connected in to a wiring harness. I am looking to find out if this is wanting power when the key is turned on, engine is running, engine is stopped or ? what it may be. any help here would be appreciated.
