Hi everyone, I'm considering buying a Mustang 330 that appears to be in good shape. Everything seems to work on it. I don't want to spend a ton of money to spend on an "around the house" loader, and it seemed like this might be a decent value. It also looks like one of the only hydrostatic machines in my price range ($3000). I'm planning to use it primarily for snow removal around the house. I'd rather have a skid steer than a lawn tractor with blower or a 4-wheeler with plow because it feels more versatile (can do summer chores, too), can lift and dump the snow, and because I think this industrial-grade machine would hold its value better. It's also way more fun to use. Can you give me your thoughts on buying an old machine like this? Any particular things I should be on the lookout for? From what I read, this was a well-regarded machine. Is that true? My experience is on older Bobcats like the 743, so I have no experience with the T-bar controls. How are they to use? This machine has no ROP/cage. Is there a good way to mount lights for night plowing without the cab? Thanks in advance! Jim
