I have a t 190 the boom settles under load. I can make it stop settling if you lift the lap bar the bics control locks and it stops settling. Also if you dead head the auxiliary or the tilt back it will make boom stop settling and raise slowly
I've ruled out cylinders by pulling top hose and putting load down and no settle occurs I've had the bics control valve out of machine pulled all valves checks and spools found no o rings bad and no sign of any scaring or cracks visible to the eye
