I had a 731 tha ran a diesel Deutz, it used next to no fuel, then i got a newer machine that used a fair bit more. I guess it's the price you pay for it doing a lot of the hard work.
Just another up date . the 500 is still working great . I built a firewood processer 5 years ago and the Briggs powered 500 has been my feed machine . It starts down to 0 F without any heat and is ready to go .
