2019 299 d3 xe . When working the machine with the mulcher running it has a rough time lifting the arms up ? it never had an issue before like this . The head will till forward and back just fine , just when u go to lift the arms it's like there's no power then they will go up . I have checked the hydraulic fluid level and it's in the middle of the green with machine off and arm down. Any help we've greatly appreciated it
