For those familiar with this model, I am having an issue with the sprocket and rollers that drive the track. Particularly the inner ring that the rollers are bolted to (p/n 258-3087).
This ring keeps cracking/failing in multiple places. I have now replaced 3 times within 30 hours. I am not over tensioning the bolts, nor is there any drift in the rollers when assembled so they can't be under tensioned either. There does not appear to be any rubbing or alignment issue.
The machine does veer very slightly to the opposite side when reversing which is making me suspect a final drive or resistance issue.
Has anyone had this problem or resolved it? Replacement parts are becoming expensive.
