2066 Won't Start

New to the Forum, and a new to owning a skid steer. I have a 2006 Mustang 2066 with the Cummins B3.3. It no longer will do anything. The #4 fuse just kicks off when you turn the key (you don't have to turn it, just put it in and it will eventually trip). I found some shorts in the main harness which look like it was partially melted at some point. I replaced the harness at some expense and that didn't seem to remedy the problem. Its still tripping #4 fuse, any time the key is in it seems to eventually trip #4 without turning the key. I have no wiring diagram, so its hard to guess where I'm shorting. Any thoughts, or know where I can get my hands on a wiring diagram. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As it pops with the key in, could it be a bad ignition switch too? Doesn't make a lot of sense, but it's still a possibility.
