2019 C227 code 3104

I've got a C227 skid steer, would run fine then started throwing error code 3104 and flashing ATS fail and throw the machine into limp mode. Talked to New Holland and the told me to change out the fuel pressure relief valve, swapped that out and it idles fine but once I engage the machine it throws the same code but now the motor is sputtering and running rough. Seems like something electrical kicking and throwing it out of wack but I can't think of anything.
