I have a 326D that overheats when I hook up the hydraulics, it does on both the hi-flow and standard. When not hooked up everything runs fine, when I hook it up the A/C quits working and the engine temp goes up. I have noticed that when nothing is hooked up my reverse flow fan works properly but when hydraulics are hooked up the fan quits working. Is there a valve that controls that fan? Is it hydraulic or electrical? Any ideas would be great.

When you connect an attachment are you just connecting hydraulic lines or are you plugging in an electrical connector? It would seem to me that whenever you connect you're shorting the fan and a/c circuit either with the attachment control wire or when you press the switch to activate the auxiliary hydraulics.
