1993 bobcat 853 glow plug

I just bought a used machine with izuzu diesel theres two relays back door left side one one missing I believe for glowplug when I installed a relay and turned key it smooked the wire going to glow plug since then I replaced new wire but don't think glow plugs are working any ideas??? wiring looks ok

Sounds like one or more of the glow plugs are shorted to ground. Pull them out and test them with a ohm meter.
