Hey I have a 763 the is flashing up wiith the HF1-2 error under full load i read the manual it says high restriction on the first filter. whats the cause for this? and how can i fix the problem?

hey i pulled the hose out the top of the tanks turns out the hose is split at the top... on another note when it was primed up, and if i was to blead the water out the bottom of the fuel filter it leakes a heap off fuel is this normal or is the split hoes the problem?

under the cab at the top of the fuel tank, will the fuel line just pop out? thanks troy

Hey, I have a 763 thats losing the fuel prime and the engine will shut off. i can blead the system fine the fuel primer will go hard, but the engine will stop after 5min of running. the fuel primer will then be soft. thanks troy

hi guys i have a 763, when i have the engine running with the park break on, the right controller wants to go into gear. is there a way to ajust it under the cab easy enough or is it back to the dealer? troy

thanks for all the replys got it all sorted turns out it was loose or bad connections to the BOSS, all works the hours now show. troy

Thanks. do you know if there is a way to turn the warnings off to see the hours on the machine as it does not show them when it has faults come up? the dealer where i am is not much help they thought sensor or wire problem.. could it be the computer? troy

hey mate i hooked up a gauge no probs.. bought a new sensor but now im getting hp-3 hc-3 and think its hcf-1, all the wiring looks ok back to the black box under the cab. Is there somthing i can check before going back to the dealer? also with the lcd display when it shows the faults it shows...

on start up HP-3 code is on all the time, also the hydro oil temp warning light is on even on start up when oil is cold. i tried jumping the 2 wires on each sensor but it comes up with code 4 wiring short. is there a way to test the temp and pressure switch befor i get new ones?
