A couple weeks ago I removed the engine and Hydraulic pump to replace the seal on the pump shaft and had no leaks when I reinstalled it. This week when I start the engine after a couple minutes I get coolant dripping from the two metal cutout holes located underneath the skidsteer. I have...

Control Valve Spool popping on 853

Thank you for the reply. The one link was off since I had been testing it with and without the two links connected to the spool. The spool makes the pop with one or both links attached. Also it only pops when the linkage is attached and the spool is push in. If I disconnect the linkage and...

Control Valve Spool popping on 853

I replaced the Seals on both Spools and as you can see in the video one of them seeming to be popping or binding. Not sure if it has always done this. I did use the old rubber boots since they were in good shape. Is the linkage pushing the spool into the control valve to far and I just need...

Advice on Inexpensive tire for 853

I have a 1992 853 that is in really good shape with 1800 hrs. The original 12 x 16.5 10 ply tires are needing to be replaced. The only thing I do now with the Bobcat is move gravel around at my business and occasionally move dirt putting on about 25 hours a year. I have been on Amazon, Ebay...

Sorry I tried to post a picture from Google Photos, but could never get it to work. I have an 853 with the name on the fuel pump saying Zexel. On the right side of the pump there are four metal fuel injection lines coming out. Centered in the middle of the four lines on the side of the pump is a...
