    Bobcat 56 value

Sounds like a fair plan. Looks like any ex's are all over the price map here. i'll aim high and work from there. I'll replace those lines and see about making it a bit prettier and then list it and see what happens. Cheers.

    Bobcat 56 value

I'm considering parting with my Bobcat 56 mini Ex (rebadged Komatsu PC-05) I was wondering what kind of value this unit might have now. I do intend to replace the few hydraulic flex lines that are looking a little rough and some of the pins are of course sloppy, but the machine still runs and...

    help to Identify Hydraulic fitting

I ended up just taking the stuff to a hydraulic repair place in Toronto as I had to go up there for the new tracks anyways and they set me up with a bunch of fittings and adapters and such. To the tune of $120 worth "ouch'. The jic adapters seem to work fine and no leaks yet. Thanks anyhow guys Tom.

    help to Identify Hydraulic fitting

I managed to score the drive parts for my mini ex, Bobcat 56 (komatsu pc05) but I have a problem with the hydraulic connections to the travel motors. The machine has 10mm tubing with some form of compression fitting. The motors have 1 JIC to 1/4" BSP and 2 JIC to 3/8 BSP, the JIC sizes are 3/8 I...

Looking for Bobcat 56 Mini Ex parts.

The pumps and valving are all in quite good shape, apparently its run for about 4 years like this. I'm not finding any reliable pricing yet, every place has "call for quote" on the komatsu part number and I don't have a manual to look up the bobcat part number. Still searching for any machine...

Looking for Bobcat 56 Mini Ex parts.

I just bought an old Bobcat model 56 which is also a rebadged Komatsu PC05-6. One of the previous owners blew out a final drive motor and decided to rip off all the drive parts and just drag it around from spot to spot. I'd love to get this unit mobile again but am dreading the cost. Does anyone...

M600 Drive System Problem / Question

Check the driven pully to make sure it opens easily when the drive pully closes. Its fairly easy to check, just reach in and grab the belt in the middle and pull it up. You should be able to pull it up a good couple inches and see the driven pully spreading apart. If the clutches are not...

    M600 variable speed

Thanks for the reply, Yes I did try it while moving, made no difference. I'm sure there is a little bit of air in the system but it should still build up to pressure once its compressed. I gave it a very good cleaning and greasing before final assembly so its well lubricated. From the research...
