When i replace the tensioner I also replaced the man pulley along with the small pulley. Belt looks seated. very frustrating. i dont want to break something else. Its a 2003 so I dont really want to spend dealer money on it.

after I replaced tensioner pulley and belt I get a high squeal when the machine is under load. especially on the right control stick. any info would be great. thanks

I just replaced the pulley and belt. I originally thought it may have been a belt under pressue but the belt is still on and spinning. Hoping I dont have to pull the engine again. If a pump was to go wouldnt the other one still work a bit?

I was getting a squealing when i would put the right control stick under pressure. When i was checking to see what it was while idling. the squealing quit but so did all hydraulics. Just wondering if i may have blown a pump or something. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

There is a slight leak of oil through the temp switch. I have gone through all other connections. i even replaced the starter because the small post under the main power was loose. thinking i should replace the temperature switch? or relay? not much else it could be.

Okay so engine is all in and running. I just have one issue with my fans. They arent working. Wiring seems good but i think there may be a broken wire on the plug on the alternator. I cant remeber if there were two wires coming out or one. Went to the dealer with little succes except the...

Is there any other tricks to getting this pulley off? I used a smalll steering wheel puller and bent the bolts on it. Pulley doesnt move. I dont want to damage the shaft. Maybe a little heat on the pulley.. but io dont want heat it up too much.

OK... so engine is out ready to go. Dropped by the bobcat dealer and got all parts I need and more. I have the small bottom pulley off and im trying to get the pulley off the crank. Now i might have used the wrong style of puller because I will be going back to the dealer since i made this one...

I have car engine hoist. I hoping that will work. Since I will have the engine out is there anything else I should look for to replace?

I am just wondering if it fully necicary to remove the engine to get at the pulley? 5000$ job at the dealer so I want tackle it myself before our season begins up here in canada. If anyone has done it and if they have any helpful tips abd hints it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
