Thanks Guys!!!!!
All the info is appreciated.... I'm not a mechanic so when something unfamiliar arises I do need help and you guys always pull through with an answer.............. In this case I was freakin' cause I thought there was a cooling problem, however at this time I think that this...
Sounds like you don't have voltage to the first one........... You can check em' like Antfarmer suggested but you can leave them in. Just unscrew the jumper wires that join the plugs together and with a Fluke 87 check the Ohms from the end of the plug to the body of the plug, you should read...
Thanks guys, I'm going to try warming it up and loosening some of the hoses once I know its hot enough for the thermostat to be open to make sure its not air locked......Hopefully thats it...Otherwise I will get the thermoscan next week and take some shots with temps to see where everything is...
I'm going to try and run and use the machine and watch the temp to see if the gauge shows temps climbing.... There was no problem prior and this is just an assumption that there's a problem... I have a thermoscan camera to use but as far as taking the outside temps of things not really sure how...
Hey guys, 543 with a possible cooling issue..... My temp gauge does not get high but.......... I had a slight leak and since then I have been checking the cooling system and I'm not sure if I have a problem or not.....Need your guys help!!!!!!! The water pump pulley does not feel loose...
When you say “orange wire” where is this at?
Do you have voltage all the way up to the board that has no power? Give a little more info so we can give you better help on this.......... Reason why were sayin fuse or fuse holder is because of a short, bad grounding, or no connection point...
Man fix all the hydraulics now have a coolant leak, and it's not in an ideal spot at all........Ended up not being air in the system its leaking at the water flange gasket which sucks because its behind the water pump and the back housing of the water pump is one piece with the entire gear...
The upper hose does warm up as the temperature climbs and the small hose warms up too.... The gauge in the operators cab stays normal doesn't get real high but I was concerned if the coolant is flowing or if I had air in the system? I just don't want to make a bigger problem happen from not...
(543) I had a little leak so I pulled the top hose off at where the thermostat is to fix it and lost a good amount of coolant, fixed the leak and put the hose back. Now I filled the radiater up again ut when I run the machine Im not sure if coolant is running through that hose I took off is...
Hey Fellas,
So to adjust the relief valve from pressure read at the aux coupler what is correct? When I engage the aux hydraulics my pressure goes straight to 1500 psi then slowly climbs up to approx 1800psi and stops. If setting the presuure from this perspective is this right? Only reason I...
