Checked fuses. I have power on the orange wire

OK before I did a complete tear down my gauges worked. Now they do not. I have 12 volts on the orange wires. What make no sense is that having 12 volts on the voltmeter you would think it would work. It's a 1998 763f BICS model. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for all the help. I 'm going to rebuild it. Took it apart today. Waiting for all skidsteer to get the shaft sleeve in to see how it fits the shaft to repair where the seal rides. How does the upper bearing stay lubed?

What did they carry? The bearings or the whole assembly?

The unit works good. Haven't tried to lift anything heavy yet. When I bottom or run out of travel it goes to 3,000psi. I adjusted main relief to 3,000 at travel end, but still at 400psi at idle. I do have a new pump on it. And I rebuilt the hydraulic block and it all looked good.

Its at 400psi at idle and around 1000psi when lowering the boom. Turning the main relief valve does not change my psi at all.

I just got my machine running and need to set the psi. I have a 1998. 763F. I have a gauge in the outlet of the pump. Thank.

The easy way to located a leak is to use a dye and a black light. Did you psi test the system? Also a cracked head my only leak when the engine is hot. Also the head could be warped or maybe just a bad head gasket. A good machine shop can repair cylinder heads. I thnk there are some cup plugs in...

I'll call bobcat to make sure there is not a different one for my unit. I'll try to cut one out today and see if there is a difference in the OD. Thanks for your help. Jeff
