Hi,I have an s185 with codes 5-15..5-14..4-21.The machine was running fine, parked it for the night and the work lights were on the next morning,no key in the switch.I found moisture in the fuse box in front of the seat, cleaned it up blew it out and replaced all fuses and relays. The led read out on the left dash panel would not work after that so I could not read the codes, replaced that and now chasing codes,I checked the engine oil psi and charge psi with a gauge and they were good(270 charge and 65 oil psi)so I replaced the senders, still same codes. The belt is tight and I checked all of the grounds that I can find.Any ideas I am stumped

I think you're pretty much down to it being the controller. Likely got shorted out from the moisture in the fuse/relay box.
The controller is behind the right kick panel. It's possible that since you had moisture in the fuse box that one of the connectors could have bad or corroded connections.

Thanks for all your help you are probably right.I finally got a service manual and it has a picture of the controller and a list of all the pins and what they control and the oil psi,oil psi signal, hyd charge psi,and a ground pin are all side by side.I cant find any corrosion in the connector or a loose pin at the connector or controller so like you said probably need a new controller.Anyone ever had a controller apart, probably a waste of time but I might try it if provoked

I think the controller is a sealed unit(potted) so impossible to work on. Also a new one will have be programmed by a Bobcat dealer for your machine's serial number, options and hours.

Im still digging, the manual keeps referring to a 5volt supply for the sensors and I under stand that but does the controller regulate the voltage or is that somewhere else,I only have 2.5v at the sensors maby that's enough I don't know. I took the controller apart this one is not potted, not sealed with an oring or anything it is a printed circuit board with a lot of stuff soldered to it.I was hoping to find a big ole burnt spot in it but accept for a lot of dust nothing visible,I know I just need to bite the bullet and buy one but that is a big ole bullet.
