In the cab fuse box on the lx 665 does the fuse holder slide downward and out so you can connect the wires? I would like to connect my heater fan to a switched source and looking in there I see only one row of fuses where the label shows two. It was kind of dark so could not see if the fuse block was removeable. Thanks for any help

What you are seeing on the decal is one fuse block and individual fuses which can be added for accessories. What I mean by individual fuses is like in the case if you added a heater from NH. A wire would come from the ign switch to the fuse block area. There would be a clip on the added fuse holder, for the heater, to clip onto a bracket bolted aside of the present fuse block. You would then just push the holder onto the bracket until the clip held the fuse holder there.

Mike, so the block of fuses that I see is actually 4 0r 5 separate fuse holders clipped in? Maybe for my fan I will have to go to the ignition switch with a wire for switched power. Thanks. I'd like to put the factory heat option on it but would like to find a used one ,last time I looked the factory one was over 600. Although maybe that would still make sense as long as the machine works good and the only drawback is lack of heat, be cheaper than trading.

What you see is a fuse block, any additional fuses will be clipped onto a small mounting tab. The tab also needs to be added for the fuse to clip to.
