Tracks on 751

anyone have any experience with tracks on a 751? it almost seems like there is too little room between the rear tire and fender (body)... I believe I have enough room from sidewall to frame...

You should be fine for clearance there, you do have 10 by 16.5 tires right.
Usually the tight spot is between the front tire and the loader arm, and the fix is a boom stop so the boom does not go as low.
