The way I do it is to lift the track off the ground and get 1 to 1 1/2 fingers between the track and the bottom roller closest to the middle , the way you adjust it is to remove the cover over the bleeder valve and the grease zerk , use a grease gun to pump grease in the zerk , ----if ever the track is too tight and needs loosening up take care loosening and or removing the bleeder vavle as it is under extreme pressure and will hurt you --------
