Now that's what I'm talkin about... I feel better every time one of you guys tells me it's not as bad as I think it is.
Uh oh... just when I was feeling better; I found the trailer. It was completely buried by thick brush way in the back of the yard. I even forgot that I had a trailer for the loader. The plate says 1990 so it's been sitting back there for 21 years.
I cut the brush away... some of it with trunks 2" thick... and slapped a chain on the old hulk. Needed to use the 4WD on my truck just to break the trailer loose from it's 21 year mooring but it came out in one piece. The wheels even turned... amazing... and only one of the 4 tires was flat.
Here it is after I cleaned it up a bit. If it checks out mechanically and structurally (roadworthy), I'll paint it to match the loader.
At least it not smashed up

Ken - i see your smooshed machine and raise you one more :) My S150 actually fell off a truck before i bought it. The cab was squashed over to one side, so bad that the lift arms would strike it. I have pictures, i'll try and get them up tonight some time.
I'll even try and get some piccies of the rusty beast too.
When you have seen bad, there is always worse. My 743 was gutted by fire before i got it too. If you saw it, you'd wonder what kind of idiot would buy that? Yep, that was me.

Ok, rusty you say? here is a 751: http://users.tpg.com.au/tazza_/Bobpic/152_5266.jpg
Not the steering levers. They rusted off at the handles, i need to weld new pieces of tube to them. As you can see, there is HI viz tape on it.

There is a small crease on the top left on the back window. Other than that, it pulled back really well. Amazing what a 10 tonne porta power can fix!
I left links there so you can see the higher rez images.

Looks like you cut the cab in two places and welded it back together after you straightened the uprights. Or did you just use heat to soften the metal before straightening? Either way... very nicely done.

That came out pretty well considering.
Apparenty the rust is pretty bad in the southern hemisphere as well

Oddly enough, no cutting was needed.
I chained it to a tree and used another machine to pull it back so i could bolt it down. I then tugged on it some more till the arms would clear the ROPS. Then i used a porta power to push it back into shape. Some heat was used near the lights as you can see, i little heat when there was force on it sure did make it move, some times a little too much, but it worked pretty well.
The sides with eht punched mesh still has a bit of a buckel, but the only way for me to get rid of that is to cut and weld them to relieve the stress from them being stretched. I'm not that bothered. I have other jobs on the go, 3 Kubota heads i'm trying to crack repair. Hopefully i'll start a thread on that when time allows, and if they actually work!

Great tips... thank you. One more question... Primer bulb attached to the fuel line? Where? There is a flexible (neoprene?) fuel line coming from the fuel filter to the injector pump. Then a short length of fuel line (same material) from the output of the injector pump to the bleeder valve located adjacent to the high-pressure lines. There is also a thin fuel line that extends from the bleeder valve (I assume the output of the bleeder valve) to the side of the injector for cylinder 1 (the high pressure fuel lines connect to the tops of the injectors). The line then cascades to injector 2, 3 and 4 and then returns to the fuel tank near the top. I'm assuming that these thin lines are merely a bypass path back to the tank that delivers the output of the bleeder valve to each injector (maybe like priming the injector). I'm really not certain and the service manual doesn't even mention the path that the bleeder takes after the valve. Thanks again for your help. Ed

Hello again, I'm Jyuma... I didn't have access to the email address I signed up with 10 years ago, so I had to create a new account with the name Jyuma1.
I'm wondering what happened to all the pictures I posted. I could sure use them today.
