T300 sjc issues

I'm trying to help a friend out with a t300 sjc no footpedal problem. His bobcat hasn't run in over a year. He originally had left joystick not functioning. His mechanic took it off and sent to an electronic repair shop in Texas. They replaced the xy pcb board for 1200 bucks and it didn't fix problem.actually got worst .the rt stick function started acting up and left completely quit.i looked at it last weekend and it won't complete any of the self calibrations and it won't move or bucket tilt lift. IIt has several codes 60-22,12-22,38-2938

I didn't finish my post. My phone has issues too.the codes again are 60-22,12-22,38-29,38-30,38-31,38-32. The 38's are all joystick x and y axis codes. I continuity tested all 5 wires from stick connectors to the controller. They were all good. The owner wants to replace both sticks and controller. I'm thinking atleast controller and have bobcat calibrate with laptop.any thoughts?
