T250 left reverse drive solenoid

I have a T250 with a code of AWS Left reverse drive solenoid. After running for a bout 20 minutes unit will shut down. This is the only code I can find. I have read that you can clean up the wires and this might fix it. Does anyone have any pics of this area so I can get a starting point. Any help would be appreciated. In order to get a new solenoid you have to buy the whole top of the drive. Bobcat quoted me at $2400 just for the part!!!!! ouch Thanks

There doesn't appear to be one for the T250, but there are books for the T190 and T300 in the manual thread that should have wiring diagrams that tell where the connectors go, and maybe some pics of the areas in the electrical section.
It's something to get you started while you wait for proper pictures; you're correct about the corrosion causing issues. Often they can be fixed with a little contact cleaner and some NO-Ox.
