A fresh coat of gloss paint before snow season and cooking spray or a product called Sno-Jet https://www.mdiproducts.biz/moreinfo.cfm?product_id=8 thats made just for snowblowers and blades. Just used mine this morning on the 8" of snow we got last night and it worked great.

I use a product called Slip Plate that you should be able to get at farm supply stores. It is a graphite based black paint that you can either brush on or spray. When I used to farm we would coat the inside of our gravity wagons with this stuff and after a couple of loads of grain across them you could not even hold on and keep your footing. I've not had any trouble with snow sticking after using this stuff on my blade. A quart can will last you 2 - 3 seasons easily.
