S130 Mounting Brackets

New here. Long time tractor guy. I just got a S130 and am wondering what these heavy, cast steel brackets are for. I have the Operator Manual and it doesn't tell me. They are not for tie downs but work for that.

Those are mounts to help secure an attachment, likely a back hoe.
