I can't get help measuring my Hyd hoses and nervous about getting out with out securing arms. I guess I could remove my door first but I was curious if any one knew about how long they should be? Also do you think $2200 is a fair price for a 709 BH attch. It has had some abuse but seems to be repaired. Thanks

Just about any hoe that is working for 2200 is a good buy. Generally these bring 3000 to 4500 in working condition. Lots of the older 909 models bring 3k and the 709 is a little nicer hoe. The main boom lifts higher and there is more clearance under the stabilizers.
Unless the booms are all bent up or cracked and/or poorly repaired, its a buy

I was wrong, went back and looked again, the hoe for 3700 was a 909.

I thought it was a pretty good deal. The repair work was done right so I'm happy any time I can save a $. Steve
try a rope of a decent length loosely tied to the fittings run the bucket through the range of motion and see if it pulls tight lengthen until no pulling and add some for good measure.......Jeff
