I recently repowered a Gehl 2500 with a 24hp Honda GX670 motor. Has anyone dealt with the throttle hookup on on of these conversions? Also, the FSM I picked up says to make sure Hydraulic fluid is in the hose feeding to the pump. How can I do that when the fluid is going to drain out of the hose back into the tank? Thanks ahead of time... Mike

I found to draw fluid into the pump can be done by drawing the stick out of the lift cylinders and operating the controls. This creates a vacuum that draws up fluid from the tank and into the pumps to prevent a *dry* start. I know the bobcat setups are above below the oil tank, but it did put oil into the pumps before i started. Gravity alone didn't work for me.
