Remote the hydraulic filter

On my 610 Bobcat the hydraulic filter is in a unbelievable hard to get at location and I don't believe has ever been changed. Who ever designed this obviously dosen't work on them. Anyway, I would like to relocate and update the filter. Any advise. My only concern is they mounted it low in the chassis to have it lower that the fluid cavities, etc. Any ideas. Thanks

the filter "should" be in the return line so cavatation shouldn't be a problem my 630 has it almost level with the top of the hyd tank any hydraulic shop can set you up with a filter and housing or check bobcat who knows what they have good luck ....Jeff
