PINNED POST ??

Can someone tell me why there is a pinned post on a cat 246 in the BOBCAT SECTION ??

I'd like to see it moved or at least un-pinned too.
I'm still not sure how it got pinned in the first place, there is another one in "general questions" that shouldn't be pinned either. I'm not even sure who is the moderator in here than can undo the pins.

Not a major infraction, LOL
It should have been in the Cat section, and pinning a post keeps it at the top of the list.
Usually reserved for important information all members should read.
One check mark in the wrong spot and it stays up there forever.
