I have a 843 bobcat with a Perkins diesel and was wondering if anyone has any information on websites for parts I'm having issues with the prices at the dealer

Depends on what parts you need. Loader Part Source carries hydraulic system components, plus others:

You don't have to go to the dealer for engine parts, but I have heard that parts for your engine are not cheap.
And there is always eBay and Craigslist / Kijiji....
