I'm having the same issue with my 7775. Power goes all out in the cab, I get someone to wiggle the power cable at starter and power comes back on. Everything's clean & tight, is there a fusible link in there interrupting power to machine?

You could have corrosion creeping up the power cables. Any stiffness or swelling in the inches closest to the battery cable connectors or the started and any wires? Loose crimps?

Be sure and check your battery ground at the machine. It could be loose or not making good connections.
