New owner of a skid steer.

I'm a first time owner of a skid steer and don't know much about them. I've learned (thanks to this site) it's a 91 mustang model 960. I'm not sure what this (attached picture) attachment at the front of the skid steer is for. Is this for skid steer attachment?

Yes it is, you should have a lever on the left side of the seat that works the valve for those couplers
