I have an old L775 skid loader that if I use it to lift dirt or hay bales for about ten to fifteen minutes the hydralics get hot and then it really stuggles to lift. Tilt works fine and hydro works fine. Where do I start?

I'd start with the oil cooler, make sure the fins are clear of all dirt/grass etc. It needs to be clean to allow it to cool correctly.
You may even want to use a non contact thermometer to see how hot the oil is getting. Its possible your pump is worn and as it warms the oil thins and by-passes in the pump causing low speed/power.
