I need some help. The right side tilt cylinder on my 873 chatters/stutters when you tilt the bucket down. You can see the lines shaking too. It does not matter if the machine is at idle or rev'd up. The only way that I can keep it from doing it is by pressing the other foot pedal to release some pressure. Its almost like it is dead heading or something. Never seen a cylinder do this before. What can I do to fix this??

Sounds like something may be binding up. I'd remove the cylinder and open it up and ensure that everything is straight and not binding anywhere.
It could also be the pivot point is tight? ensure things are greased, there is no reason for it to chatter like that.
