I posted a question on my Toyota SDK7 skid steer in Nov in the other forums and got no hits so I hope I'm not in trouble by jumping lines but here we go My machine starts and runs fine working, moving or sitting and idling for about 5 minutes then she loads up like 2 pumps lever or a stick or pedal is pressed to the point she stalls. She seems to start right back up but lurches forward and right until I pull the stick back to settle her down but then again stalls do to unknown pump pressure. My guess is a pressure release valve sticking but not totally sure. And it's location is also a mystery. Any help would be appreciated.

Not familiar with this machine but I'll put in my 2 cents.

Sounds like you're on the right path with the relief valve but it could also be a clogged up filter. Most all hydrostatic systems have a brass filter in them.

With the lurching, you may also want to check and make sure other valves are not sticking.
