fuel gate

I need to change the fuel gate not sure if that is what it is called but just above the oil filter there is a rod connected to this part it increases the RPM's it has become sloppy and leaks oil is this hard to change, and or how do I go about this. any help thank you

That does sound like the throttle lever. I swapped one on a V2203 last week, was simple. Just don't loose the 2 springs and use a new gasket or at least use silicone to seal it up.
