Converting bobcat bucket to mustang single pin

Looking at the adaptor plate I have it looks like all I would need to do is to weld a plate for the mustang single pin to go through on a bobcat style bucket - has anyone done this? - appears simple enough? I like the mustang single pin style better it is easer to work with and then I would not have to use the adapter plate.

I have never had to do this, but i see no reason why it wouldn't work. I have converted other styles to the bobcat standard.
