Case 1150K

Case Gurus, Open cab Dozer. Just acted up, wont go forward or reverse unless you pull R or L like a slight turn then goes but not full power and of course makes a slight turn. Took controller apart found nothing suspect.
Looking for advice on where to go next, if this dont work or is not allowed here please point me to a good dozer forum.

Took controller apart and found corrison on circuit board.
