You may be referring to a forestry mulcher/cutter. They are very effective at clearing land but are very pricey. I've seen used ones at $12K+ and new upward of $20K.

Here's an example of the mulcher: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWATdm2mJQc

Not to mention with a mulcher you need a skidsteer with high flow pumps option and generally a large size loader.
www.Erskineattachments.com and www.virnigmfg.com also make some nice rotary cutters both in standard flow and high flow models. Erskine also has a mulcher incase your interested. You can compare loader requiresments from their specs. I believe both have youtube videos as well.
We are a dealer for both and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Thanks Ken
