I have a 763 H Bobcat and want to know how to size a backhoe for it? Thanks Joe
Have a look at our alternative. It is easy to use and does most everything the bigger backhoes will do at a much better price. If I'm not mistaken a 709 will work on your machine.
If you consider one of those attachments you will need to install a relief valve in your lift section. With the extra force you can generate with the attachment on, you can over pressurize your lift circuit and cause damage to your cylinders or burst a hose. I'm sure the people selling them will say it will be fine, but bobcat offer this as an option for a reason. I asked about it once and they said its there just incase a load was dropped on the bucket (not sure how) and would cause a pressure spike that could cause damage.Have a look at our alternative.
