What is the best way to move boulders for walls? I thought about using the same thing nursery's use to move trees, but I don't know enough about the different applications. I have an S175, and these rocks aren't going to be huge. Maybe 2 foot square or whatever is heavier than I could lift.

Ive had good luck with the grapple bucket but ive seen forks used as well. Jeff
I've used a backhoe bucket with thumb and my combo bucket successfully. I recently saw an attachment on e-bay that is built specifically for moving rocks, but I don't remember the price.

I have used just my forks for basalt rocks 18" and 24" square. Do a search on Google for skid steer rock bucket and you will come up with lots of good designs. This one looks good http://www.abcgroff.com/ic/pics/brad19.jpg
