863 skid steer with tilt valve issue. This is a hand controlled bc. I have a 863 bc with a tilt valve issue. When i turn the machine on it goes thru it's diagnostic checks and once i lower the safety bar and push my traction button on the upper left all lights light up but the tilt valve light. Then my left handle left light blinks twice repeatedly. Any ideas on how to proceed?

This is first generation advanced hand controls, with the led's in the handle.
Left light is for the lift, and two flashes is "actuator not calibrated". You probably have a bad lift actuator, which will be the lower one on the control valve. These are different to change out than the latest ones.
Good Luck.

Unplug the two actuators and plug them back into the opposite plugs. If the problem switches to the other actuator, then you have a bad actuator. If it stays, you need a Hall Effect Kit 6727297 runs around $800.00. This kit replaces the controller and both handles. It sucks to have to replace everything but no parts are available for that old system.
