642 chain case fill plug location?

Is there just one chain case fill plug on a 642 right in the front under the tip cylinder in between the front wheels? How full should it be, I assume up to the bottom of the hole? thanks Im learning about this thing!

You are correct, fill it to the bottom of the bolt hole. The only other way to fill is through the plate that holds the park brake pedal. You need to remove the 6 bolts to gain access then you MUST silicone it back down or you will get water in the chain case.
